Rosemary Español is the president and founder of IEI Group, and has been a business owner for over 25 years. Designated a 2007 "Women of Distinction" by the Philadelphia Business Journal, and a 2010 recipient of the Fairleigh Dickinson University PINNACLE, her expertise in management, marketing and design has directed IEI to be ranked regularly in the Top 200 Interior Design firms.
Rosemary's knowledge and expertise in design, facilities management and business operations sets the firm apart from a traditional design firm. She has personally managed over 3 million SF of contracts in the past year and has been responsible for managing, budgeting and cost containment for projects in excess of $25 million. Her leadership of staff and client involvement are both professional and personalized.
