The IVCC manages the Independence Visitor Center, the official visitor center for the Greater Philadelphia Region.
The project renovates the above ground entrances to the parking garage. Improvements include a green wall and painted metal trellis, digital signage coordinated with a new parking management system, improved wayfinding signage, graphics and architectural elements.
