IEI is pleased to welcome and introduce Mark Coan, AIA.
Mark brings over 30 years of experience as an award-winning architect and designer to IEI. His project leadership and deeply held commitment to teamwork has delivered numerous successful architecture and interior design projects across all disciplines of various sizes and with budgets in excess of $200 million.
Mark enhances the team at IEI and will lead architectural and design efforts in the Higher Education, Private Schools, Public Safety, Government + Corporate market sectors with an emphasis on building new client relationships + strengthening existing ones. We see great opportunities for expansion with Mark leading these efforts.
Mark is licensed in several states, is NCARB certified, has a Bachelor of Architecture from Carnegie Mellon University, and is a member of The Society for College + University Planning.
Having worked together for the past several years, it is a tremendous opportunity to add such a seasoned and respected professional to our team.
In his community, Mark has taken his passion for teamwork to the playing field, where he recently concluded a 19-year run of coaching girls youth lacrosse in northern New Jersey. We fully expect to see Mark back out on the field next spring with a new team of girls in Bucks County, where he now calls home.
